Welcome. I am so glad you are here. This is a safe, supportive space where your mental and emotional wellbeing comes first. As a registered counsellor, I support women, migrants, and international students navigating complex life changes, trauma, and cultural adjustments. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, with attention to the different experiences, strengths, and perspectives clients bring.

I offer a safe space where clients can make sense of difficult experiences, sit with what is going on for them, and begin to notice the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, developing practical coping strategies, and finding steadier ways of responding to life’s demands.

Real change happens when you stop just managing your life and start actively leading it. Our conversations will go beyond unpacking the past. They serve as a launchpad for your daily life. We will figure out what is truly keeping you stuck, strip away the noise, and design practical, clear moves so you can live with real intention and energy every day.

Reaching out for support takes courage. That’s why I aim to make each session a space where you feel:

  • Heard

  • Respected

  • Understood

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on your mind and work towards healing, growth, and renewed confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

Step out of survival mode. Connect with me here to begin.

Professional Experience

My background spans counselling, customer service, child support, and communications. Working across these diverse sectors has given me a deep, practical understanding of the complex challenges people face daily. I draw on this varied experience to provide compassionate, insightful, and adaptable support to everyone I work with.

Known for a calm and approachable style, I prioritise clear communication, trust, and emotional safety. I create a supportive space where clients can explore their concerns and move forward with confidence. As a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), my practice is guided by strong ethical standards, compassion, and professionalism.
